THANKS

DEAR EX-PRESIDENT BUSH,
I AM AN ELDERLY WHITE FEMALE AND SINCERELY WANT TO EXPRESS MY THANKS TO YOU FOR KEEPING OUR COUNTRY SAFE FOR EIGHT YEARS. I COULD GO TO SLEEP EACH NIGHT AND NOT WORRY THAT I WOULD WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND BE ABLE TO LIVE ANOTHER DAY IN A FREE COUNTRY!!! IT IS ALMOST LIKE PEOPLE HAVE FORGOTTEN 9/11 - HOW CAN THAT BE?

George W. Shrub

Here's to a legacy that will take many, many generations to overcome. But then again, that was your objective, wasn't it? With any luck this sorry system will find a way to hold you and your family accountable! Your despicable.

So long, fairwell...

Well, well, well, Mr. Bush, I cannot say how glad I am to see you go. For the past 8 years, which has been most of my teen years, you have created a world that I have come to loathe. I suppose in a way I should thank you, you sparked in me an interest in politics that I may not have gained other wise. Also you gave my friends and I endless laughs at the ignorant things you said and did. That being said you are not forgiven. I resent you for ruining the "best years" of my life, I resent you for possibly limiting my options for the future, I resent you for the years of fear.

Though Not Always in Agreement, Thank You for Your Service

Though all things were not always in agreement between our policies and I look forward to a different administration as we all should, because it is how the system works but I think you have always been a true and honest man and you have done some good things for this country.

I look forward to good days for the United States and this message is the same for Richard Cheney, both of you who I have a great and profound respect for.

Thank you,
PJ

A Grateful Goodbye

Mr. Bush,
I say good-bye with gratitude. First, I am a native Texan, grateful to be one and grateful you are not a "real" Texan. Living in Dallas makes you as real a Texan as me swimming in the ocean makes me a fish. I'm grateful for a nation that allows one of its citizens of dubious (say Dubyas) character to achieve the highest office and more grateful for checks and balances that thwarts attempts at empire-building.

you make me sick

Hey you!!! WHAT the heck have u been doin for the past 8 years!!! NOTHING. thanks for f***ing up the economy! NOw i can't get my 1st car because there is no MONEY. but there is alot of money comin out of ur ass. YOU sir are an asshole. I HATE U!!!!!!!!! so yeah have fun. toodles

Once more, with feeling.

Mr. Pres,
I have to say i will dearly miss you in the oval office.
All these idiots who do nothing but make fun of you, bash you, seem to forget we are all human, and we all make mistakes.
I support you in everything you have done.
Congratulations on 8 successful years.
Peace an love

Bush is the greatest American President

The successes of President Bush:

1. Protected the nation from further terrorist attacks after 911.

2. Removed the Taliban government from power in 2001.

3. Removed the government of Saddam Hussein from power in 2003

3. Removed Charles Taylor from power in 2003.

4. Enacted tax cuts in 2001 that ended the Clinton recession that began when the dot.com bubble burst and 911 damaged the US economy.

5. Ended the stalemate with China over a spy plane shot down. Got the plane and the pilots back to the US with diplomacy.

Attaboy, Dubya!

Dear President Bush,

Thanks for being a uniter, not a divider. And thanks for sticking to your guns about not getting involved in "nation building". Because that's obviously for saps. Real Americans destroy nations; they don't build them up. Last but not least, thanks for torturing in our name, because we were probably too scrupulous and principled to do it ourselves.
